We pride ourselves in being able to provide a fast efficient service in producing prototype samples.

A dedicated team of talented patternmakers create the "ideas" and are able to produce these samples for trial quantities before production.

Dedicated CNC machines, allow for complicated development patterns to be manufactured and developed without the need to machine 1st off aluminium moulds.

Development moulds can also be used and together with a sample cutter can represent finished production samples.

We can offer high volume production quality samples to assist in production and transit trials.

In 2008 we will have a new automated machine to increase the capacity of the facilities we have, offering an even more comprehensive service to assist our customers.
